I recently used this company's services and overall, I found it to be average. The website was easy to navigate and provided clear information about their offerings. However, I was not overly impressed with the customer service experience. It took quite a while for someone to respond to my inquiries, and even then, the responses were not always helpful or detailed. Additionally, the pricing seemed a bit high compared to similar companies in the market. On the positive side, the GPS tracking device I purchased from them was reliable and accurate. The installation process was also smooth, with clear instructions provided. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of communication and pricing. If you're in need of a GPS tracking device, this company is an option, but there may be better alternatives out there.
