Imagination Yoga has been a fantastic program for my children. The instructors are wonderful at keeping the kids engaged and interested throughout the sessions. The activities are well-designed and promote mindfulness and body awareness. It's been a joy to see my children grow and develop their yoga practice. I highly recommend Imagination Yoga to any parent looking to introduce their kids to yoga!
