I recently had a customer service interaction with this company. Although I didn't have a good experience, I must say that their website gagnef.se is well-designed and easy to navigate. However, the customer service representative wasn't very helpful and seemed uninterested in resolving my issue. I would rate my experience as below average, primarily due to the poor customer service.
