I had an average experience with McCarthy Recruitment. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the overall hiring process to be quite slow. It took a while to hear back from the company after submitting my application. The interview itself went well, but the communication afterwards was lacking. I had to follow up multiple times to get an update on the status of my application. Overall, I would say that McCarthy Recruitment needs to improve their communication and speed up their hiring process.
