I recently had a disappointing experience with Forbes & Forbes Ltd. The product I received was damaged and when I contacted their customer service for assistance, they were unhelpful and unresponsive. It's frustrating when a company that claims to provide excellent products and service fails to live up to its promises. I'll be looking for alternatives in the future.
