I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a hot air balloon ride with Bill Harrop's Original Balloon Safaris. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and friendly. The pilot was knowledgeable and made sure to point out interesting sights along the way. The views from the balloon were absolutely breathtaking and the whole experience was incredibly peaceful.
