I have been a customer of Micro Dynamics, LTD for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they have a good selection of products, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I have encountered several issues with orders and it has always been a hassle to get them resolved. The staff members are not very helpful and seem to lack the knowledge needed to assist customers effectively.
