I recently used this company for their outdoor gear rental service and I must say, it was a pretty average experience. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made it convenient to find the items I needed. However, the selection was quite limited, and I had to settle for alternatives because some items were not available. The rental process was straightforward, although the prices were a bit higher than I expected for the quality of the gear. The customer service was decent, but nothing extraordinary. Pickup and drop-off were smooth, but there was a slight delay in getting my deposit back. Overall, my experience with this company was just average. I would consider using them again if they expand their inventory and offer more competitive pricing.
