I recently purchased a popcorn machine for my events, and the experience has been a mixed bag. The machine itself is quite stylish and looks good on display. However, the setup instructions were not very clear, which made the initial experience frustrating. 🌽

Additionally, while the product works, the popcorn's taste didn't quite match my expectations. It felt a bit bland compared to what I hoped for. I reached out for assistance, but their response time was slower than I anticipated. 😕

The concept is great, and the product has potential, but improvements in customer support and product flavor would really enhance the overall experience. Would consider other options next time.
