Despite the initial hiccups I had with Lifeservices eap, I must say that their services have improved over time. The website has become more user-friendly and the customer service has improved. They were responsive to my concerns and went out of their way to address any issues I had. I appreciate their efforts and the support they provided. I would consider using their services again.
