I recently purchased a couple of items from their website and had an average experience with Acrylic Concepts. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of products to choose from. The ordering process was smooth and I received confirmation emails promptly. However, the delivery took longer than expected, and the packaging was not as secure as I would have liked. One of the items I received had a small scratch on it, which was disappointing. On a positive note, their customer service was responsive and willing to assist with my concerns. Overall, I would say my experience with Acrylic Concepts was average. They have some room for improvement in terms of delivery and packaging, but their customer service helped mitigate some of the issues.
