I had a mixed experience with the Ready mix concrete company. While the delivery of the concrete was prompt and the quality was good, the customer service could be improved. The staff seemed uninterested and lacked knowledge about the product. Overall, I was satisfied with the end result but felt that the customer experience could have been better.
