I had an overall average experience with Folkcharm. The products they offer are decent, but nothing extraordinary. The customer service was okay, not outstanding. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I expected more from a reputed company like Folkcharm. I hope they can improve and provide a better experience in the future.
