I recently stayed at a hotel during my trip and overall, my experience was average. The website provided clear information about the amenities and services, which I appreciated. The booking process was straightforward, and the confirmation email was received promptly. However, upon arrival, I noticed that the reception area lacked a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was efficient, but the staff seemed to be disengaged and not very friendly. The room itself was clean and comfortable, although some of the furnishings showed signs of wear and tear. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. However, I noticed a lack of variety in the breakfast buffet, with limited options available. In terms of value for money, the price was reasonable, but I expected a bit more for the amount paid. Overall, it was an average stay with room for improvement.
