I had an average experience with Pottruff & Smith Travel Insurance. The process of getting a quote and purchasing the insurance was straightforward. However, when I had to make a claim for a stolen camera during my trip, the customer service was slow and unhelpful. It took weeks for them to process my claim and I had to constantly follow up with them. Overall, the insurance coverage was decent but the claims process needs improvement.
