Zipz Inc. is an average company. Their website, zipzwine.com, seems functional and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow, and the representative I spoke with didn't seem very knowledgeable. I also wasn't impressed with the quality of their products. The wine I purchased tasted mediocre, and I've had better options at similar price points. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Zipz Inc. as there are better options available.
