I recently had an average experience with this company's services. The company's website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the information I needed without any hassle. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory answer. The company's attention to detail was also average at best. My requests for specific accommodations were not met, and the room I was provided with was not as clean as I would have expected. Although the overall experience was decent, I feel that there are areas that could be improved upon to provide a more satisfying stay for customers.
