I have been a customer of Vitality Mortgages Ltd. for several years and I must say that their service has consistently been average. While I appreciate their competitive interest rates and prompt response to inquiries, I have found their customer support to be somewhat lacking. The representatives are not always knowledgeable and it can be frustrating to get accurate information. Overall, I would rate them as an average mortgage company.
