I can't say enough good things about my experience at Pure Light Yoga. The instructors are not only skilled and knowledgeable but also genuinely caring and attentive. They create a safe and nurturing environment for all levels of practitioners. The variety of classes offered caters to different needs and goals. The addition of meditation and mindfulness practices makes it a complete mind-body experience. I am extremely grateful to have found such an amazing yoga studio!
