As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to work with BNT on a legal matter. While their website was informative and easy to navigate, I found the overall experience to be average. The lawyers were knowledgeable, but communication and responsiveness could be improved. It took longer than expected to receive updates, and I sometimes felt like my concerns weren't fully understood. However, once the process started moving, they were able to provide satisfactory outcomes. The fees were reasonable, considering the complexity of my case, but there were occasional hidden charges that I wasn't expecting. Overall, I would rate their services as average. While they have room for improvement, they do get the job done. 👍💼
