I recently had an average experience with the community association. While their website was informative and easy to navigate, I found the overall service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was quite slow, and it took a while to receive updates on my concerns. I understand that they may be busy with various tasks, but it would have been appreciated to have more timely communication. Additionally, the level of professionalism displayed by some of the staff members was not up to par. Despite these shortcomings, I must acknowledge that they did address my issues eventually. Overall, my experience with the company was just average.
