As a customer, I found the experience with this design company to be average. The website was easy to navigate and had a clean layout, making it simple to find the information I needed. However, I was disappointed with the lack of originality in their designs. Many of their projects felt generic and did not stand out from the competition. The customer service was adequate but nothing exceptional. The team was polite and responsive to my inquiries, but didn't go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Additionally, the pricing seemed slightly higher than what was available from other design companies in the market. Overall, while I appreciated the user-friendly website and decent customer service, I was hoping for more innovative and eye-catching designs for the price I paid.
