I had a mixed experience with Sun Blinds Inc. While the quality of the blinds was great and they enhanced the look of my home, I found the customer service a bit lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and didn't provide much information. However, the blinds themselves are worth the purchase. Overall, an average experience.
