I engaged Public Interest Lawyers for legal support recently. While they were helpful in certain aspects, there were times when I felt that communication could have been better. It took longer than expected to receive updates, and at times, it felt like my concerns were not fully addressed. Overall, they managed to resolve my issue, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service.
