I have mixed feelings about the company. On one hand, their products are great, and the website is easy to navigate. On the other hand, their customer service needs improvement. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiry, and when they did, they weren't able to resolve my issue satisfactorily. Overall, I would say they're okay but could be better.
