The hop trading experience with Hops connect was average. While their website is visually appealing and easy to navigate, the overall process of purchasing hops was just mediocre. The customer service could be improved, as it took quite some time for them to respond to my inquiries. However, the quality of the hops I received was decent. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
