The services provided by Institut za Standardizaciju Srbije (ISS) are of average quality. Although not exceptional, they do meet the basic standards required. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and timeliness.
