I had a mixed experience with Capital Partners Development Company. Some aspects of their service were great, but others fell short. The project was completed on time and within budget, which was a positive. However, I felt that the communication could have been better. There were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Overall, it was an average experience.
