I recently used Globini travel & tourism for a trip to Europe and I must say it was an average experience. The website is user-friendly, but I found the customer service to be lacking. The agents were not very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me. Overall, the trip went smoothly, but I expected more from such a renowned company.
