I must say that I had a less-than-stellar experience with Kiwi Collection. Although the website was easy to use and the booking process was smooth, I had some issues with the customer service. It took quite a while to get a response and when I did, it wasn't very helpful. Overall, I expected better from Kiwi Collection.
