I have been going to the Ymca of catawba valley association office for a while now and I must say, it's a great place to work out. The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean, and there are plenty of options for exercising. I particularly enjoy the swimming pool and the fitness classes. The rates are reasonable and the environment is welcoming. Highly recommend!
