I recently used this consulting group for some PR services and I must say, my experience was average. The website was well-designed and easy to navigate, which made it convenient to gather information about their services. However, I found their response time to be slower than what I was expecting. It took them a few days to get back to me with a quote, and their communication throughout the process was not very proactive. I also felt like they could have been more transparent about their pricing structure, as there were some hidden costs that were only mentioned later in the process. On the positive side, the quality of their work was satisfactory and they did manage to deliver the expected results. Overall, I think they have the potential to be great, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and transparency.
