I have been a member of this gym for a few months now and I am very impressed with the facilities and services. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help and answer any questions I may have. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, and there is a wide variety of classes to choose from. I feel motivated and supported on my fitness journey at the Ymca of catawba valley association office. Highly recommend!
