I recently used the services of a company and I was not satisfied with the level of service provided. The website and ordering process were smooth, but the customer service was lacking. They took a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, their answers were brief and unhelpful. I ended up having to figure things out on my own. Overall, not a great experience.
