I had an average experience with Ruthless Designs....

I had an average experience with Ruthless Designs. Their website was easy to navigate, but the overall design of their products felt a bit lackluster. The customer service was decent, but nothing exceptional. I appreciated their prompt response to my inquiries, though. I would say they are an average company overall.
