I recently had the opportunity to interact with Fortuna Scientific Private Ltd. and I must say that my experience was average. The company website, fortunascientific.com, is well-designed and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slower than expected and the staff seemed rather indifferent. Overall, my experience with Fortuna Scientific Private Ltd. was satisfactory but not exceptional.
