I had a mixed experience with Chequers cars. While their website chequers-cars.co.uk is good and user-friendly, the communication could be improved. The booking process was smooth, but the car wasn't ready on time. However, once I received the car, the overall experience was satisfactory. I hope they work on their punctuality in the future.
