I had a mixed experience with One Contact Center Philippines. On one hand, I found their customer service representatives to be friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist me with any issues or inquiries I had. On the other hand, I sometimes felt that their response times could be improved. There were instances where I had to wait longer than expected to get a resolution to my problem. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
