I had a mixed experience with Raffles Shipmanagement Services Pte Ltd. On one hand, their customer service was excellent and they were always prompt in addressing my queries. However, I was not satisfied with the quality of their services. The ship I was assigned had several technical issues which took a long time to get fixed. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
