I recently started attending belly dance classes at jadebellydance.com and I'm so glad I did. The instructors are fantastic and make the classes fun and engaging. I've already noticed improvement in my flexibility and overall fitness. The studio itself is beautiful and well-equipped. I highly recommend giving Jade Belly Dance a try!
