The watch selection at Swiss Watch Gallery is impressive, but the customer service needs improvement. The staff seemed disinterested and didn't provide much assistance. However, I managed to find a decent watch for a reasonable price. The quality is satisfactory, but I expected better. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
