I worked with a recruitment agency recently and had a positive experience overall. The team was responsive and helpful in finding suitable job opportunities for me. However, there were a few areas where I felt there could have been improvements. The communication could be better, as sometimes it took longer than expected to hear back from them. Additionally, the interviews arranged were not always aligned with my career goals. Overall, the experience was decent, but there is room for improvement.
