The online platform is quite user-friendly and easy to navigate. I appreciate the variety of loan products offered, catering to different needs and requirements. However, I found the interest rates to be slightly higher compared to other lending platforms I have used in the past. The approval process was relatively smooth, but the overall time taken for loan disbursement was longer than expected. Customer service was satisfactory, with representatives being polite and responsive to my queries. One area of improvement could be in providing more transparency regarding the hidden charges that were only revealed during the final loan agreement. Despite these drawbacks, the company did fulfill its purpose of providing loans, but there is definite room for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
