I have been a loyal customer of this company for over five years now, and I can say with confidence that their service is subpar. The properties they manage are often in disrepair, and their staff is unresponsive and unprofessional. I have had numerous issues with maintenance and communication. I would not recommend The Dilweg Companies to anyone in search of reliable property management.
