My experience with Online holidays was average. While the booking process was smooth, I expected better customer service. The hotel they recommended was okay, but not outstanding. The tours they arranged were average as well. Overall, it was an average experience, and I think there is room for improvement. I would consider using Online holidays again, but I would also explore other options in the future.
