I had a mixed experience with Snapco manufacturing corp. The quality of their products is great, but their customer service needs improvement. The fasteners I ordered were of excellent quality and they were delivered on time. However, when I had an issue with one of the products, it was difficult to get in touch with their customer support team. They should work on improving their communication channels.
