I had an average experience with Zakale Expeditions. The customer service was decent, but the overall organization of the trip could have been better. The guides were knowledgeable, but the itinerary was a bit rushed. The accommodations were comfortable, but not exceptional. I would consider using their services again, but I would do more research and compare with other companies before making a decision.
