Access Casters Inc. is an average company with decent products and customer service. I have ordered a few casters from them for my office chairs, and they have held up pretty well. The casters were easy to install, and they roll smoothly on both carpet and hard flooring. The customer service was okay, not exceptional but not terrible either. Overall, I would say that Access Casters Inc. is an average company to purchase casters from.
