I recently used the accounting services provided by this company and overall, I found them to be average. The website was well-designed and easy to navigate, which made it convenient to find the information I needed. However, I did find their response time to be a bit slow. It took a while for them to get back to me on my queries, which was quite frustrating. In terms of their expertise, they were knowledgeable and provided accurate information. However, I felt that their customer service could have been more proactive and attentive. Although they delivered the services as promised, I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Overall, my experience with this company was satisfactory, but I believe there are better options available that offer a higher level of customer service.
