I had the opportunity to travel with Egetours travel agency and it was an average experience. The trip itself was well-planned and the destinations were beautiful. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and I felt a bit neglected. Overall, it was an okay experience.
